The object of the project is the reconstruction of the part of the water supply in the town of Handlová, where customers are connected by pipelines of inappropriate dimensions, end-of-life, which does not meet the required pressure ratios of the water supply network, so that all customers are supplied seamlessly in the required quality and quantity. The aim of the project is to ensure a smooth supply of drinking water for the inhabitants of Sam Chalupka street in Handlová through the reconstruction of the water supply. The aim of the project will be achieved through the implementation of one main activity of the project: “Reconstruction of the water supply”, in which unsuitable end-of-life water pipes are replaced with better hydraulic parameters, ensuring a significant reduction of drinking water losses and improving pressure ratios of the water supply network. At the same time, the number of faults on the water supply network will be reduced, which significantly affects the economy of water supply operation. The supply of water to residents will be smoother and smooth. The objective will be clearly measurable through 2 indicators: Number of km of reconstructed water supply network – value 0.514 km and Increased population with improved drinking water supply value 30.
