Financing of gross wages, remuneration and employer contributions for eligible employees of the SIEA and the financing of remuneration for works carried out under the agreement on works performed outside the employment relationship 2020/2021
The funds earmarked for the financing of salaries provided on the basis of this project will be used to finance the salary expenditure of 83 eligible staff of the Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (‘SIEA’) which ensure the implementation of processes under the Operational Programme Quality of the Environment (hereinafter referred to as ‘OPE’). Employees involved in the processes of the OP ALC are eligible for a share of the total monthly working time. The activity of eligible employees will be carried out in accordance with the job descriptions included in the SIEA Manual of Procedures. In determining the need for funding under this project, an important starting point was the absorption of salary resources for the past months of 2019.Financial funds earmarked for the financing of remuneration on the basis of agreements on non-employment works provided on the basis of this project will be used to finance remuneration for the performance of the professional and evaluation activities of external personnel. Funding of the salary expenses of the eligible SIEA staff on the basis of this project will be ensured by a combination of a system of advance payments and reimbursement.
