The main objective of the project is to: the inclusion of people who are socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion and poverty in society, the real improvement of their living situation towards living in decent conditions through the performance of field social work (TSP) and the implementation of comprehensive follow-up activities enabling their living conditions to be changed in real terms. The project will be implemented through one main activity – Systematic support and support for TSP innovations, composed of six sub-activities: 1.1 The preparatory phase of the project1.2 Performance and coordination of TSP and subsequent professional activities1.3 Update and innovation of TSP standards in socially excluded communities1.4 Support for increasing professionalism and human resources1.5 Networking and synergy1.6 Analytical support The project will be implemented by category of regions in a more developed region and less developed regions.Measurable indicators projektu:výstup: • number of implementers of services and measures for social inclusion, • number of projects targeting public administrations or social services at national, regional and local level, • number of new, innovative, systemic measures developed. • number of persons who have used new, innovative services or measures to implement social inclusion services • number of new, innovative, systemic measures implemented, policies 12 months after their adoption
