I/68 Sailing, pavement

The area of interest is located in the northwestern part of Prešov Region, in the district of Stará Ľubovňa. The beginning of the adjustment is situated on the road I/68 in km 22,200 (0,000 working station) before the intersection with the road III/545038 towards Ľubovnianske spa with connection to the existing road towards Stará Ľubovňa. Here the new route I/68 is disconnected from the existing direction to the river Poprad. In km 0.265 is situated the level intersection “Lubovnianske spa”, which will ensure the connection of the existing road I/68 with its relay and thus connection of communication towards the villages Ľubovnianské Spa, Plavnica and Šambron. It is a simple intersection with separate lanes for turning left from the main road and a separate lane for turning right from the I/68 road to the village Plavnica. Part of the junction is also the entrance to the land between the transfer of the road I/68 and the river Poprad. Behind the mentioned intersection, the crossing of the road passes through the valley of the river Poprad, crosses the bridge building Ľubovniansky potok, passes under the high voltage airline and then bridges the river Poprad for the first time. Behind the bridge it leads in the area between the river Poprad and the railway track, approaching the railway bridge over the Poprad river and simultaneously bridging the Poprad river again. In the described section leads the path of the crossovers in the embankment height of 5-6 m, while its ground body also creates the right or left dam of the river Poprad. Subsequently, the line of the line passes into the notch and until the end continues to converge with the railway line. In km 2,316 crosses the access road through the bridge building and continues in the low beam to agriculturally used lands to the railway station Plavnica. In this part, a field road on a common ground body is designed in parallel with the cross-section.In km 4,288, the level intersection “Hajtovka” is situated. It is a simple intersection with separate lanes for turning left from the main road and a separate lane for turning right from the I/68 link to the village Plavnica, as well as a separate entry lane on the I/68 road transfer. Part of the junction is also the entrance to the existing access communication to the railway station Plavnica. The secondary communication, consisting of the branch “102-A” of the described junction, provides transport connections within the construction of the reconstructed section of the road III/543032 and thus the traffic connection of the villages Plavnica, Hajtovka, Sulín and other adjacent municipalities. This communication crosses the road transfer in km 4,622 through the bridge building. At the junction, the line is closely approached to the railway line. In km 4,460 there is a left-hand bus stop with a pavement giving access to the railway station and in km 4,560 right-hand bus stop with pavement giving access to the village Plavnica. In km 4.560-5.250 there is an anti-noise wall on the right side. In the section km 4,800-5.100, the crossover of the Jasenok stream, which flows into the stream Šambronka, which crosses the road I/68 in km 5,111 bridges through the bridge structure, is in the conurbation on the right side of the road. Behind the stream of Šambronka, the line is disconnected from the railway line and approaching the axis of the existing road I/68.In km 5,450, there is a level intersection “Plavnica” to ensure connection to the existing communication network to the village Plavnica in the direction from Prešov. It is a simple intersection with separate lanes for turning left from the main road and a separate lane for turning right from the I/68 link to the village Plavnica, as well as a separate entry lane on the I/68 road transfer. Part of the tižovatka is also the entrance to the land between the transfer of the road I/68 and the railway. At the junction there is a continuous and high-rise connection of the cross section of the road I/68 to the existing road I/68, to which it is connected in km 27.929 or 5,730 of the work station. The objectives of the project are achieved by the implementation of the main activity of the project (it represents preparation of project documentation, purchase of land and implementation of construction works)and support activities (internal project management and information and communication). The variable indicators of the project are:- The total length of newly built roads (roads) 1st class)- Total length of reconstructed or renovated roads (class I) – Number of critical accident sites and collision points removed on Class I roads- Time saving in road traffic on Class I roads – NO2 emissions saving (impact of construction of Class I roads) – Saving of PM10 emissions (impact of construction of Class I roads)
