Support for integration enterprises

The project ‘Supporting integration enterprises’ aims to improve the labour integration of disadvantaged and vulnerable people and their subsequent maintenance in the labour market through new AOTPs under the approved social economy legislation. An integration enterprise is a registered social enterprise with a positive social impact, which consists of employing disadvantaged people, severely disadvantaged or vulnerable persons, i.e. that they will acquire work habits, professional skills and experience as employees, as well as seeking permanent employment in the open labour market with the help of the integration enterprise. This will be easier for them, given their work experience. Employers who have been granted the status of integration company will receive support under this project under ‘Section 53f Contribution to the Integration Enterprise’ and ‘Section 53 g Compensation contributions to the Integration Enterprise’ of Act No 5/2004 on employment services and amending certain acts, as amended (‘the Employment Services Act’). The project will be implemented within the territory of the Slovak Republic, except BSK, with a view to supporting employment of at least 1 500 disadvantaged and vulnerable persons, including persons with disabilities.
