CIZS provide the most appropriate space for connecting general outpatient healthcare with specialised healthcare as well as social services at local level for citizens. CIZS is one of the tools to reform the modernisation of the current health infrastructure and the integration of healthcare to ensure affordable, high-quality and sustainable healthcare. The main objective of the present project is to build a background for accessible, high-quality and functionally compliant health infrastructure in the form of an integrated health care centre, which will bring benefits to citizens in the form of provision of general health care and specialised healthcare in one place. The subject of this project is the reconstruction of the building and the purchase of material and technical equipment, medical equipment in order to build a cenra of integrated health care in the village of Dolný Stál in order to improve access to integrated basic health care services. The place of implementation of the project is the village Dolný Štál, which belongs to Trnava self-governing region district Dunajská Streda. The present project will be implemented on the basis of established activities B.) Modernisation and reconstruction of existing buildings, D.) Provision of material and technical equipment, E.) Supply of medical equipment, equipment and equipment, G.) Building of barrier-free accesses, H.) Measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, in order to create an integrated health care centre in the village of Dolný Štál. The present project is directly linked to the objectives set by the IROP investment strategy. It is in line with Investment Priority 2.1 Investment in health and social infrastructure, contributing to national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in terms of health status, promoting social inclusion through better access to social, cultural and recreational services and the transition from institutional to community-based services. The project submitted fulfils the conditions laid down in the IROP investment strategy as well as the fulfilment of its specific objective. Specific objective 2.1.2 aims at modernising health infrastructure to integrate healthcare and improve accessibility to quality health services.
