SR, Integrated Passenger Transport Terminals in Bratislava, section Devínska Nová Ves – Bratislava main station – Podunajské Biskupice, tiop No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 – project documentation (DÚR)

The subject of the project is the processing of project documentation at the level of “Documentation for zoning decision” and related engineering activities for the construction of integrated passenger transport Terminálov on the section Devínska Nová Ves – Bratislava main station – Podunajské Biskupice, tiop no. 1,2,4,5,6 and 7, which together with Tiop Patrónka create a complete network of TIOPs on the section Devínska Nová Ves – Bratislava main station – Podunajské Biskupice. The construction of integrated passenger terminals and their inclusion in the network of the integrated transport system creates more favourable and better quality conditions for passengers using public passenger transport, which will encourage residents of the sites concerned to give priority to public passenger transport over individual car transport. This impact on the sharing of transport work will be reflected in smaller car intensities on the road, in a smaller number of emerging congestions, in lower emissions production, in higher network capacity options, and last but not least in more efficient traffic management. The above-mentioned positive impacts on sustainable mobility, the development of public passenger transport and the environment reflect the requirements and objectives set out in the European Europe 2020 strategy.
