The subject of the proposed project is to reduce the energy intensity of the building of the kindergarten in the village of Lehnice. The technical condition of the building is unsatisfactory, making its operation difficult and linked to the spending of high amounts of energy and maintenance funding. The constant spending of funds on this building does not allow the municipality to implement other project plans, the implementation of which is necessary.  The project documentation addresses the reduction of the energy intensity of the building through:-insulation of the external casing,-insulation of the roof covering,-exchanges of existing fillings of openings,-exchanges of lighting,-reconstruction of central heating,-building of photovoltaics as well as other building modifications and finishing works specified in the project documentation and budget of the project.
