The aim of the geological task is to ensure the remediation of environmental burdens on 3 locations of environmental burdens (Nové Zámky, Komárno, Štúrovo) and professional geological surveillance in the remediation of these environmental burdens. The specific objectives of the remediation are: to obtain additional data for pre-sanction risk analysis of polluted areas, to develop a pre-sanction risk analysis and, on the basis of its results, to refine the remediation project, to eliminate the causes of the selected environmental loads, to limit the abundance and spatial spread of pollutants in groundwater, soil and rock environments, to eliminate contamination or to reduce concentrations of pollutants in polluted groundwater, soil and rock environments to a level of acceptable risk taking into account current and future land use, to ensure environmentally sound management of waste generated during remediation, to build a monitoring system to observe the effectiveness of remediation, to ensure the rehabilitation of remediation sites. The objective of professional geological surveillance is to predovšetkým:kontrola fulfillment of the project defined scope of remediation works, check the effectiveness of spent resources in relation to the required outputs of the project, verification of documented data (results of updated risk analysis of polluted area, verification of calculations and models, cubature, analytical results, hydraulic parameters, field work, remediation technology, etc.), verification of achievement of the remediation limit. Each environmental burden will be assessed in detail. Remediation work and expert geological surveillance shall be carried out taking into account the specificities of the site, in particular with regard to the size and type of contamination, geological and hydrogeological conditions and taking into account the environmental and health risks posed by the site. The products included in the supporting documentation for the eligibility of expenditure shall be identified as being directly affected by the remediation. On these lands, the increased value of the property was calculated after remediation by an independent expert. Parcels or parcels on which the remediation will not be directly realised and their value remains unchanged are not included in the table (i.e. parcels with access communication, parcels with a hydrogeological monitoring well, etc.). In the light of the foregoing, the situation may be that the parcels in question referred to in the framework remediation project or in the work plan for the removal of the EAW will not be identical to the parcel numbers set out in the table in Annex 4 to the grant application. The parcels on which buildings with an inventory number are located will not be subject to direct remediation as regards land remediation. Such plots will not increase the value of the property after remediation.
