The general objective of the project is to increase the timely and efficient reaction capacity of the “Constantin Anastasatu” Hospital of Pneumophysiology to the COVID-19 crisis. Equipping the public health unit with personal protective equipment and specialised equipment for the prevention and limitation of VOC-19 infections and pneumoftiziology departments, the Medical Analysis Laboratory and the Medical Radiology and Imaging Laboratory with medical equipment and equipment necessary for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 infection, but also for the management of the emergency situation caused by the COVID crisis – 19 will lead to the strengthening of the capacity of the Pneumophysiology Hospital “Constantin Anastasatu” Mihăești to react in a timely and efficient manner to the current health crisis, contributing to the fulfillment of the indicator 2 of the health care programme “Constantin Anastasatu” Mihăesti to react in a timely and effective manner to the current health crisis, contributing to the fulfillment of the indicator of the 2nd infection-theresponsibility of the infection-suppleasible virus. The realisation of the investment, financed under the Large Infrastructure Operational Programme, will optimise the capacity to care and treat SARS-CoV-2 cases of infection at the Pneumoftiziology Hospital “Constantin Anastasatu” Mihăesti. Currently, the care and treatment capacity of confirmed or suspected COVID-19 patients admitted to the Hospital of Pneumophysiology “Constantin Anastasatu” Mihăesti is limited to a number of 32 beds, organised in the 15-18 Pavilion and in the lounges in the central Pavilion that have oxygen sources and their own sanitary groups, equipped with physical and moral equipment and equipment, making it difficult to meet the essential needs of medical services in the context of increasing the number of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (in the period 15.03-02.11.2020, in Pneumofti Hospital, Anastantin Hospital, who have died in the context of increasing the number of people infected with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (in the period 15.03-02.11.2020, in the Pneumofist Hospital, Anastantin Hospital) Through the implementation of the project, financed by LIOP, the patient care and treatment capacity will improve due to the equipment of protective equipment and medical equipment that will be used directly both for the prevention of infection and in the treatment of COVID-19 infected patients, ensuring the delimitation of contaminated and uncontaminated areas by creating separate spaces and circuits for suspects and positive patients, spaces for sorting, isolation, diagnosis and treatment. In the context of the current situation of Covid-19 contamination, medical equipment will be used to diagnose and treat patients with symptoms of the virus as quickly as possible.
