The general objective of the project “Integrated and Interoperable Electronic System of ONRC aimed at ensuring life-focused e-government services” is to increase the transparency and interaction of ONRC with citizens by increasing the level of sophistication of existing electronic services, as well as to improve the internal efficiency of work processes by optimising back-office software applications. In this respect, the ONRC needs to update its own systems, both conceptually and at a practical level. A series of life events, managed and managed by ONRC, an institution with multiple interactions with both the citizen and the business environment and public institutions were defined within the National Digital Agenda of Romania 2020 Strategy. The Enhanced and Interoperable Electronic System project for the provision of life-focused eGovernment services is part of the objectives of POC 2014-2020 AP2, Action 2.3.1 Strengthening and ensuring the interoperability of IT systems dedicated to e-government services type 2.0 focused on events in citizens and businesses, developing governmental cloud computing and social media communication, Open Data and Big Data, which supports SNADR 2014-2020 field of action and has two main objectives: — reforming the way the Government interacts with citizens/business environment; — reforming the way the Government functions as an institution. The project also subscribes to the specific objective of Action 2.3.1 of the POC, i.e. “Increasing the use of e-Government systems” set out in the POC. The project “Integrated Electronic System of the National Trade Register, Trade Register System and Legal Advertising System” will consist of activities integrated with other implemented projects (online services (e-government services) provided by ONRC for the business community through a dedicated portal, carried out in 2009-2012) or ongoing (Improving the data processing capacity and increasing the reporting performance of the ONRC through Big Data architectures and technologies, Strengthening the institutional capacity of the National Trade Register Office, the Trade Register System and the legal advertising system), with national strategic impact, targeting the widest possible target group and proposing solutions that are more efficient to be applied at systemic, horizontal, national level.
