The overall objective of the project is to increase the contribution of the ICT sector to the development of the Romanian economy, both by acquiring all the necessary components (hardware and software) and by developing, integrating, testing and placing on the market for the first time a complex and innovative software product, based on a new concept of artificial intelligence (AI) – the “BestInform” platform. The development of an integrated, AI-focused platform to improve the interaction between the economic operators in the targeted economic sectors and the target customers (users) of the offers and services generated by them is also aimed at improving and facilitating fast and personalised access to information, as well as optimising the information provided in record time. The product also allows support to the economic sectors related to the areas covered by the platform, which are the areas of focus areas: • “free time” and its specific activities, such as HoReCa, Sport and Tourism; • “education” and activities/information related to this field, from pre-school to postgraduate level, as well as extracurricular; • “health” and related activities/information, the ability to intermediate/provide, as appropriate, online appointments or interpretations, psychology therapies, fitness and nutrition information, information on novelties and medical practices, mostly patient-centred; • “culture” and activities/information related to this field, promotion of cultural activities, arts and general culture, intermediation through the possibility of buying/booking tickets to theatre and museum, scientific and academic editorials taken from collaborators; • “labour market” by indexing offers generated by employers and bringing them to the attention of platform users who are interested in this field, as well as by indexing those who want to be employees, information and editorials related to this field, BestInform Platform, unlike other search engines, websites or online applications, will have the ability to create personalised offers for its users, to suggest and recommend leisure activities, based on the customer profile generated by the user and in accordance with the offers/information indexed in the database, reported to economic agents and/or partner institutions. Also, IA BESTINFORM aims to promote information, services and offers from economic operators and/or partner institutions in order to stimulate sales growth in the economic sectors concerned.
