Development of MicroMed IT platform in order to increase the competitiveness of S.C. Medicamed Market SRL

The general objective of the project is to increase the economic competitiveness of the company at national level by developing an innovative ICT product, namely the realisation of an innovative IT application with application in the field of microbiology. The implementation of this project will allow the development of an innovative software product within the company but also on the national market, on a market segment that presents a very large growth potential – entities in the field of research and innovation in microbiology. This aspect will lead in the medium and long term to increase the competitive advantage on the company’s market by developing programming skills for the technical team as well as managerial capabilities for the company’s internal management team. Medicamed Market SRL aims by making this investment to increase the turnover that will lead to the increase of the enterprise’s productivity. In view of the proposed purpose, the company wants to obtain a grant through the Competitiveness Operational Programme. This objective will be achieved by achieving the following specific objectives described below. The general objective of the project is to research and develop an innovative technology in the horizontal fields of ICT and microbiology with the aim of finally developing a product/service designed to cover a real need identified in the market. This objective corresponds to the mission that formed the basis of the Association “CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT INOVATION AND IT”, which aims to promote, sustainable development of cluster members and their projects in the field of information and communication technology, thus contributing to the coagulation in Romania of cluster-type economic agglomerations capable of generating intelligent and sustainable growth in the field of IT&C. By its realisation, the project “Development of MicroMed IT platform in order to increase the competitiveness of S.C. Medicamed Market SRL” will contribute to the specific objective of increasing the contribution of the ICT sector for economic competitiveness, specific objective of the Digital Axis 2 for the Competitiveness of the Communications.
