The general objective of the project “Rehabilitation of the urban heating system at the level of Oradea for the period 2009-2028 in order to comply with the environmental legislation and increase energy efficiency – Stage III” is to increase the energy efficiency of the Centralised Energy System of Oradea. The aim of the project is to contribute to increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of the entire heating system. This project is complementary to projects: — “rehabilitation of the urban district heating system in Oradea for the period 2009-2028 in order to comply with the environmental legislation and increase energy efficiency – Stage I” financed within the framework of (POS Environment). — “rehabilitation of the urban heating system at Oradea level for the period 2009-2028 in order to comply with the environmental legislation and increase energy efficiency – Stage II”, a project that was financed under (POIM) 2014-2020, Axis Pr.7, Ob. Spec. 7.1. The investment involves the rehabilitation of: — 23.10 km Primary Heating Networks – 1.30 km Primary Heating Networks replacing the Secondary Network Both meaning a total of 48.80 km of the replaced primary network pipeline – 1,10 km Secondary Heating Networks, meaning a total of 4.40 km secondary network pipeline – 42 Heat Points – Installation of 39 Mini-thermal Points installed through the decommissioning of PT804, PT805, PT818, PT 856, PT862
