1 QUALIFICATION in +

The general objective of the project is to increase the qualification level of 552 employees from SVO and Centre regions by participating in continuous training programs, with a focus on adults with low qualification level – minimum 30 persons, adults over 40 years old – at least 68 persons and adults from disadvantaged rural areas – at least 69 persons The project contributes to the specific objective 6.12 through the 10 information and awareness campaigns organised, as well as through the professional counseling and tutoring actions carried out within the project, both aiming to encourage the target group to participate in FPC programs throughout life and to ensure active ageing. Also, the activity of organising and conducting CVT courses within the project will directly contribute to increasing participation in continuous training programs, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, both in terms of training 552 employees and certifying at least 442 of them and by promoting flexible self-taught learning. Given that the inclusion in GT of low-skilled adults – minimum 30 persons, adults over 40 years old – at least 68 persons and adults from disadvantaged rural areas – minimum 69 persons – minimum, the project promotes and at the same time contributes to increasing the qualification level of these categories of employees, thus being consistent with OS 6.12. Considering that continuous training programs will be linked to labour market needs, participants will improve their knowledge/skills/skills according to labour market requirements, the project promoting and contributing to the improvement of the skill level of employees and facilitating the adaptation of their activity to FM market dynamics. The project contributes to the objective of the call through the 10 information and awareness campaigns organised, through the professional counseling and mentoring actions carried out and by the professional training of 552 people, thus promoting the increase of participation in lifelong learning among employees. At the same time, through the CVT of the 552 employees the project contributes to solving problems related to the quality and mismatch between the skills of the employees and the needs of the FM market and proposes mechanisms to allow continuous improvement of CVT among employees, a.i., the VPI process to be relevant for individuals and for the labour market. In this respect, the project includes specific measures to increase participation in continuous vocational training programmes, especially for adults with low qualifications, for people over 40 years old, and for people from disadvantaged rural areas. The way in which the project will generate a positive long-term effect is achieved through the integrated activities within the project
