Pro ACCES RMPD ALTERNATIVE – Boosting mobility and subsidising jobs for unemployed and inactive

Increasing the opportunities for employing 110.577 non-NEET unemployed registered with the Public Employment Service and non-NEETs by stimulating mobility and subsidising jobs. In light of the general objective, the project subscribes to the POCU thematic objective of promoting sustainable and quality jobs and supporting workers’ mobility, in that, on the one hand, the SPO will provide facilitations to employers who employ, on an open-ended basis, unemployed persons registered in the PES records, and on the other hand it will grant these unemployed bonuses to incentivise employment. Also, the project is part of Priority Axis Priority Axis 3 Jobs for all, specific objectives: 3.1. Increasing the employment of unemployed and inactive people, with a focus on the long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education, 3.2. Increasing the employment of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority and 3.3. Increasing the employment of rural people, especially in subsistence and semi-subsistence farming. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of the MJS, namely reducing unemployment and facilitating the integration of unemployed people into the labour market. By enabling the unemployed to benefit from these measures, the project responds to the identified challenges in terms of their sustainable integration into the labour market and helps to address the low employment rate.
