Improving the possibilities of employing at least 4410 unemployed persons registered with the Public Employment Service (SPO). In view of the general objective, the project subscribes to POCU’s objective of ensuring sustainable integration in the labour market of people looking for a job by providing facilities, in the form of financial support, to employers who employ on the basis of apprenticeships at the workplace or internship for higher unemployed graduates, in compliance with the legal provisions. Also, the project is part of Priority Axis 3 – Jobs for all; Investment Priority 8.i: Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people with low employment opportunities, including through local employment initiatives and support for labour mobility; Specific objective 3.1: Increasing the employment of unemployed people and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education; Specific objective 3.2: Increasing the occupation of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority; Specific objective 3.3: Increasing the employment of rural people, especially those in subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture; Specific objective 12 3.4: Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system of unemployed persons and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education; Specific objective 3.5: Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the competences acquired in a non-formal and informal system of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority; Specific objective 3.6:Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system of rural people, especially those of subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of MMJS, namely reducing unemployment and facilitating the integration of unemployed people into the labour market. Through the fact that unemployed people will be able to benefit from these measures, the project responds to the challenges identified in terms of their sustainable integration into the labour market and contributes to solving the low employment rate.
