Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in Frumusica commune, jud. Botosani as a result of specific integrated measures implemented at the level of marginalised communities. The project ensures the implementation of the POCU objective – reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from marginalised communities (non Roma) – by implementing specific integrated measures targeting a highly marginalised area. Bringing together the expertise and efforts of a national team of specialists, the project will provide a set of measures tailored to the needs of the marginalised communities in Beauty (identified by a large sociological research). The objective of the project will be implemented by developing an innovative integrated intervention adapted to the specifics of marginalised communities in the targeted area – Frumusica Commune. By conducting a complex preliminary analysis at the level of the marginalised community proposed for intervention, it was ensured the development of a set of objectives anchored in the local reality and the specific needs of the vulnerable group. The intervention will have a sustainable impact by ensuring sustainable structures that will be put and will remain at the disposal of the targeted Community in the long term, structures that will be developed and strengthened during the project period and that will contribute to optimising and maintaining the welfare of the community, and which will provide facilities for all categories of people in the community, respecting the principle of non-discrimination. Medical-social services will focus on providing specialised support and developing a prophylactic behavior, valorisation and optimisation of existing resources in the community/near areas. Through the measures of employment, marginalised persons will be supported, so as to meet the requirements of the market as a level of competence, adaptability and motivation. Competitiveness will be encouraged and the development of the local economy stimulated, including by developing entrepreneurial skills and opening new businesses. In order to ensure the long-term impact of the intervention, one of the main aspects will be the modification of the community mentality and the development of a community civic responsibility attitude.
