The general objective of the project is to develop entrepreneurship in the South Muntenia region and to improve the level of managerial and entrepreneurial skills as an opportunity for business development and employment. Thus, a number of 36 new enterprises will be established, of which at least 2 in each county of the project implementation region. Within this project, young NEETs (who do not follow any form of education and have no job) will not be part of the target group aged 16-24. The project is addressed to a target group of 300 people over the age of 18, who want to initiate an independent activity. LONG-TERM EFFECTS: This project supports the growth of the employment rate by creating 72 new jobs, at least 2 jobs per business established within the project, maintained at least 12 months after the completion of the project, by the 36 enterprises newly established within the project. CONTRIBUTION TO THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PRIORITY AXIS AND OS 3.7: training 300 people in the field of entrepreneurship, respectively the development of a virtual business incubator to support the development of business ideas, thus promoting and supporting entrepreneurship, and the adaptability of the workforce will be supported by establishing 72 new jobs in the project implementation region.
