Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from non-Roma communities in Alba Iulia by implementing integrated measures addressed to them. This objective will be achieved through integrated services to increase access and participation in education, support for access and maintenance on the labour market, support entrepreneurship, provision of medical and social services, improvement of living conditions, legal assistance for regulation of documents, which is addressed to members of marginalised communities, with 600 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, of which at least 36 % women and 7 % Roma people. Thus, coherent and harmonised multi-sectoral actions will be ensured at both individual and marginalised community level, which will increase the level of professional skills, develop entrepreneurial skills, improve housing comfort, improve health and regulate the legal situation. Through the overall objective, the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and the call proposed within the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, by ensuring the socio-economic integration of marginalised communities in Alba Iulia Municipality. The project also falls within the specific objective of the Programme and Call for Projects “Integrated Local Development (DLI 360°) in marginalised communities”, financed by Priority Axis 4/Investment Priority 9.ii/Obiectivul specific 4.2. because it aims both to increase the participation of vulnerable groups in integrated measures to combat poverty and any form of social exclusion, as well as to the local development of these communities. In the long term, the provision of integrated measures provided for in this project will contribute to: 1. Integration of labour from marginalised communities in urban areas into competitive occupations, helping to reduce the danger of social exclusion; 2. Promotion and compliance with environmental quality standards; 3. Improvement of housing conditions at the level of marginalised communities in Alba Iulia Municipality; 4. respecting and encouraging the principle of equal opportunities between women and men; 5. Increasing the competitiveness of the local and regional economy by creating economic structures whose beneficiaries will be part of the identified marginalised communities; 6. linking education and learning throughout life with the labour market, contributing to sustainable economic and social development; 7. Ensuring opportunities for participation in a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market.
