Start ROMANIA – Funding for Romanians in Diaspora

The general objective of the project is to increase employment in Romania through the establishment, development of 24 non-agricultural enterprises in urban areas of the country by Romanians from Diaspora and Romanians recently returned to the country that meet the eligibility criteria of the target group, their support and the creation of 48 jobs in newly established enterprises. The way the project will generate a positive long-term effect is achieved through the integrated activities within the project that lead to improving the quality of human resources, increasing the number of SMEs created and functional, increasing employment, returning the workforce from Diaspora, economic development and increasing living standards in Romania. The project actions will contribute in the long term to the creation of new Start Up businesses in competitive areas as a result of the opportunities offered to Romanians from Diaspora and those recently returned to the country through entrepreneurial training, opportunities through which they will be increased the chance of returning to the country, employment and integration on the Romanian labor market.
