Development and implementation of simplification measures regarding services provided to Satu Mare municipality citizens in order to reduce bureaucracy, namely to support Satu Mare City Hall to implement simplification measures for citizens in line with the Integrated Plan for simplifying administrative procedures applicable to citizens. The overall objective will improve administration procedures and facilitate access to public services by digitising them. Through the plan or activities the project works to use the most efficient working tools. The implementation methodology takes into account the interdependencies between the activities, at the level of the Gantt diagram, as well as the interdependencies related to the duration of implementation and the capacity of the allocated resources.
