The general objective of the project is to develop capabilities in order to ensure a rapid and efficient response to emergencies, disasters and HILP events (High Impact Low Probability) of the Responsible Authorities, focused on providing an adequate framework for multisectoral/multi-risk training of personnel, increasing the efficiency of the response and protecting the environment, by equipping the Protection and Guard Service, with technique, intervention means and equipment, logistical support and protection of intervention personnel, for four major types of capabilities: land, air, sea, command and control.
