The general objective of this project is to develop the necessary technical and economic documentation for the preparation of the financing application and the supporting documents related to the investment project for the development of the optical fibre infrastructure of the Special Telecommunications Service. The present project will develop the feasibility study necessary for carrying out the development of the fibre optic infrastructure of the Special Telecommunications Service by carrying out 38 sections of optical fibre (38 investment objects), together with all the necessary documentation (topographic, geodetic studies, any other studies developed in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No 907/2016 on the elaboration stages and the framework content of the technical and economic documentation related to the objectives/investment projects financed by public funds). The project is part of the financing actions under Priority Axis 5 – Promoting adaptation to climate change, prevention and risk management OS 5.2 – Increasing preparedness for rapid and efficient disaster response of intervention crews, Fundable Action C.1 Support for the development of fibre optic telecommunications infrastructure managed by the Special Telecommunications Service.
