Improving the water and waste water infrastructure in Bistrița-Năsăud county by extending the microbiologically controlled, safe and health protection drinking water service in localities with more than 50 inhabitants and ensuring the collection and treatment of waste water for agglomerations above 2000 p.e. to comply with the requirements of the European directives on the quality of water intended for human consumption (Directive 98/83/EC) and waste water treatment (Directive 91/271/EEC).
