The project is designed to promote communication with the public by employees under the management of EU funds and more clearly inform Latvian citizens about EU funds investments in education and science development. The aim of the project is to discover changes in the education system based on EU values, which have been invested in EU fund projects to provide people with opportunities to develop themselves in all stages of life.Project planned activities:1. development and dissemination of information on available EU funds support and investments made in education and science – organisation of integrated public information campaigns on investments in professional and higher education, description of investments of EU funds and visualisation of investments made, development of a digital catalogue; Dissemination of prepared material to the public: media coverage, environmental advertising, social networks; Raising public awareness about the contribution of EU funds to the development of the Latvian education and science system, including the involvement of social partners and industry experts in the public assessment of investments made in the education sector, as well as proposals for a more efficient and precisely targeted planning of future investments – analysis of human activity and consumption of technologies and drawing conclusions in communication of EU funds, organisation of face-to-face events – seminars, discussions; Participation in exhibitions and forums of EU funds projects and the field of education.Management of project 3.The project will ensure public awareness of EU funds investments in implementation of education system reforms and their impact on achievement of strategic goals of education and science. The project will be implemented in the period from the fourth quarter of 2018 to December 31, 2021. The total cost of the project is EUR 529190,00, of which EUR 449811,50 co-financing from the European Social Fund and 79 378.50 state budget funding.
