Support for research to ensure fulfilment of the investment preconditions of EU funds for the 2021-2027 programming period in education

The aim of the project is to support the establishment of the management and control system of European Union funds and to provide capacity building of institutions involved in the administration of European Union funds to implement the planning, implementation, monitoring, audit and evaluation of European Union funds and to carry out studies in the field of education. These studies are necessary to ensure the development of a common national strategic framework for education and training for 2021-2027 and to fulfil the thematic investment preconditions for planning EU Structural Funds investments for the 2021-2027 period in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and the Financial Regulation for them and the Asylum and Migration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and Annex III to the proposal on border management and visa instruments. The total cost of the project is EUR 206993.79, including ESF funding EUR 175944.72, state budget funding EUR 31049.07. The planned duration of project implementation is from the date of conclusion of the agreement on 7 January 2020 until 31 July 2021 (19 months). The three studies planned under the project in the field of higher education and general education will contribute to the fulfilment of the following investment preconditions for EU funds for the 2021-2027 programming period:1a. graduate tracking mechanisms and services for the provision of quality and effective counselling to learners of all ages;2. measures to ensure equal access to quality, appropriate and inclusive education and training, their completion, as well as to acquire basic skills; 4. the strategic policy framework monitoring, evaluation and review procedures; 6. Measures for teachers, teachers and inclusive education and training, their completion, and to acquire basic skills.
