Name of the project: ‘Ensuring the coordination of the horizontal principle of equal opportunities at the Ministry of Welfare (2nd stage)’. To ensure the fulfilment of the coordination functions of the horizontal principle of equal opportunities and the effective integration of the horizontal principle into the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation processes of the Cohesion Policy funds in order to promote the positive impact of the actions for the wider public.The aim of the project is to promote the necessary conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the Cohesion Policy funds support areas, associations and foundations, urban municipalities.The aim of the horizontal policy “equal opportunities” is to promote the necessary conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the Cohesion Policy Funds’ adequate areas of support, i.e. to provide adequate opportunities for entrepreneurship, to promote equal opportunities for all people, to promote equal access to the environment and to promote equal opportunities for all people to participate in the areas of Cohesion Policy support, i.e. to provide adequate access to education and education, to promote equal opportunities for all, to promote the necessary conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the Cohesion Policy Funds support areas, i.e. to ensure adequate access to education and education, to promote equal opportunities for all, to promote the necessary conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in Cohesion Policy support areas, i.e. to provide adequate access to education and education, to promote equal opportunities for all, to promote equal conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the Cohesion Policy Funds support areas, i.e. to provide adequate access to education and education, to promote equal opportunities for all, to promote the necessary conditions and equal opportunities for participation of all citizens in the areas of Cohesion Policy Funds support, i.e. to provide adequate access to education and education, to promote equal opportunities for all, to promote the necessary conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the Cohesion Policy Funds support areas, namely, to reduce the quality of life, and to provide equal opportunities for all, to promote equal conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the areas of Cohesion Policy Funds support, namely to provide access to education and education, to promote equal opportunities for all, to promote equal conditions and equal opportunities for all citizens to participate in the Cohesion Policy Funds support areas The project will implement activities promoting non-discrimination on grounds of gender, disability, age or ethnic origin:-Project management;-Horizontal policy coordination functions;-Involvement of gender equality expert;-Developing guidelines on access to the environment and information for universities and public administrations;-Learning, conferences, seminars, committees, working groups and other activities;-Developing a study on the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in universities and public administration;-Learning of learning, conferences, seminars, committees, working groups and other activities;-Developing a study on the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by universities and public administrations;-Learning of learning, conferences, seminars, committees, working groups and other activities;-Development of a study on the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; — Environmental accessibility consultations in project implementation places;- Coordinating self-assessment of access to information in state and local government buildings.The total eligible funding of the project is EUR 199000, including European Social Fund funding – EUR 169150, state budget funding – EUR 29850. The duration of the project is from the 4th quarter of 2018 to 31 December 2021.
