The aim of the project is establishment and development of community-based social service infrastructure in Talsi region. A society-based social service would provide social and psychosocial support according to the level of functioning of the person. Within the framework of the project it is planned to restore and rebuild premises to provide social service based in society. The total cost of the project is planned to be EUR 306525,93, incl. EUR 260547,04 shall be financed by the ERDF. The co-financing of Talsi Municipality is EUR 34484,17 and the state budget funding of EUR 11494,72. The aid intensity from ERDF funds is 85 %, state budget funding – 3.75 % and municipality co-financing 11.25 %. The time of the start of project activities is January 2019, when the procurement for development of building project and certification maps for renovation and reconstruction of premises was announced. The start of project implementation is planned in March 2020. The project is expected to be completed by 31 December 2021.
