The project is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science (MES).The project’s cooperation partners are the University of Latvia (LU), the Central Statistical Bureau (CSP) and other organisations that are involved in research for the implementation of the cycles. The total public funding of the project is EUR 6509088.61, which consists of European Social Fund resources (EUR 5532725,32) and state budget funding (EUR 976363.29).Project implementation is planned from July 2016 to December 2023. The costs of the activities supported in the project are eligible from 1 January 2016. The costs of implementing the IEA TIMSS study are eligible from 1 January 2018.
