The aim of the project shall be: The aim of the project “Construction of Production Building No.7 in Ventspils High Technology Park” is to invest in the creation of industrial premises in Ventspils and, as a result, to promote the expansion of merchants as well as the formation of new merchants.The main activities envisaged in the project are: 1.Construction of a production building with a total area of 4617.4 m² in Ventspils, including the development of a construction project and the development of construction supervision and author supervision;2. 47 months from the conclusion of the contract with the CFLA.Total eligible costs of the project: EUR 3333 827.82 Project results: 1.A new production building has been built at Ventspils High Technology Park 7 in Ventspils, in accordance with the construction application of the project “Construction of Production Building No 7 in the Ventspils High Technology Park”;2.The production building was leased to HansaMatrix Ventspils SIA and AS “HansaMatrix”, which was active in the manufacturing industry (NACE 2.red. C. (Section C). The lease agreement has been concluded for 10 years. 3.By 31 October 2020, 10 new jobs were created, and within 3 years – at least 30 new full-time jobs.
