Development of the common medical emergency and disaster management information system (2nd round)

The aim of the project is to develop ICT solutions for NMP improvement for Latvian residents in critical situations in close cooperation with the development of 112 platformThe project has the following objectives:1. Improving cooperation with other operational services2. Improvement of the operationality of NMP provision and quality improvement of NMP provision in cooperation with other institutions of the health sector. — Integration with 112 solutions – Use of machine learning technologies for improvement of NMP provision process- Improvement of cooperation with medical institutions- Development of operational mobility solutions- Integration with external information systems for data exchange improvement- Improvement of the training process of NMP medical practitioners- Improvement of other functional areas of the System to ensure improvement of NMP service provision and quality- Informative and publicity measuresProject outcome indicators:1. Improved Operational Processes – 12 Operational Processes:- Call Acceptance Process- The Process of Brigades‘Operational Management- Submission remotely- Patient hospitalisation process- Completion of medical documentation and management- Process of medical documentation circulation- Brigades’ work support process- Examination of applications- Process of quality control of NMP service provision of NMP personnel- Management of medical operative circulation2. Automated publication and renewable datasets – 103. Improved Operational Activity Support Equipment Sets – 189As a result of the project implementation the output indicators (improved operational processes) specified in sub-section 1.6.1 "Option indicators" of the project application will be achieved, additionally reaching the remaining 1.1 "Project Summary: Project objective, main activities, duration, total costs and expected results" output indicators are mentioned.Project duration 36 months.Total project funding EUR 4770000, of which EUR 4054500 is ERDF funding.
