This project is the full response to the challenges of RAM’s Research, Technological Development and Innovation Action Plan. Comes to establish partnerships with International Centers of Excellence such as CMU. Providing the M-ITI with better infrastructures, and integrating top researchers, it will increase the performance of RTD&I in ICT, empowering Madeira for innovation in priority areas.
