The operation aims to enhance urbanistically the northern entrance of the city of Anadia, in order to improve the quality of urban life and create an attractiveness factor that contributes to the establishment of the population in the existing urban cluster. It is intended to create complementary conditions of urban quality of life through the construction of leisure and social infrastructures, allied to sports in a non-professional context.
