The amendment concerns the continued operation and upgrading of the Local Advisory Centres, in particular the Artea Municipality Advisory Centre with the aim of preventing and combating gender violence against women. The Advisory Centre is part of the nationwide network of supporting structures (Advisory Centres, Hosting Hostels and SOS 15900 Telephone Line) and operates in addition to the Act: ‘Horizontal interventions of national scope’ to prevent and combat violence against women. The aim of the project is to provide psychosocial and legal support actions to women victims of violence and/or multiple discrimination (e.g. migrant women, refugees, single-parents, disabled people, unemployed, etc.), while implementing the development of promotion actions in employment, as well as the development of networking activities with the local community, as well as information and awareness-raising interventions for the prevention and fight against violence against women.
