The Care Unit for the Elderly of Kozani, is located at the 2nd km of H.O. Kozani-Kastoria, Except Plan of the City of Kozani, on a field of 14,390,25 m². This location is located in a semi-urban area and there is the appropriate national road network that passes right in front of the limit of the stadium. The existing building complex consists of Wing A, Wing B, the candle shop, the Temple and the Warehouse. The project concerns: A) The renovation of the existing Wing B, in order to undergo a general and substantial functional, technical and aesthetic upgrade, both externally and internally, in accordance with the applicable legislation concerning both the operation of such Care Units for the elderly and the Energy Performance Regulation of Buildings, B) In the construction of the new wing in part of the existing ground, which will be a two-storey building with underground C)The building is fully functional. D)The supply of equipment for the operation of the new wing and the upgrading of the existing rebuilt operation. E) To the necessary connections with OOO networks
