The object of the project is the construction of a new organised bioclimatic complex of total surface 5.600,00 sq.m., (4.600.00 sq.m. main functions, 1.000.00 sq.m. basement with auxiliary spaces) with modern concepts of design and construction to complete the building infrastructure of the University of Western Macedonia in Florina. More specifically, in order for the School of Fine Arts to acquire its own housing building, as it currently operates in buildings granted by the Municipality of Florina. In addition, it also includes the configuration of the building’s surroundings. The project includes the preparation of the necessary study and its supporters, which will be commissioned after an architectural competition.
