The project concerns the improvement and extension of the rainwater collection and drainage network of the Municipality of Artea. The intervention area includes the New Labour Houses and 2 parts of the Lower Town and specifically the streets of Metropolitou Porphyriou and the B Parallel of the Regional Road, with a protected area of about 250 acres and a serving population of about 3,100 inhabitants.  The project contributes decisively to the prevention and prevention of disasters, while protecting the cultural and natural environment, as well as properties in areas facing extensive problems in periods of rainfall. The project is implemented by Arta’s Municipal Water Supply Company (DEYAA) and is funded by the Regional Operational Programme of Epirus 2014-2020.
