The project concerns the preparation of the Local Spatial Plan (HFSF) of the Municipality of Prosotsani, in accordance with Law 4447/2016 (Government Gazette A' 241/23-12-2016). The HFSF of the Municipality of Prosotsani is a set of texts, maps and diagrams, which define the model of spatial organisation and development, land uses, terms and constraints of building, as well as any other measure, term or limitation required for the integrated spatial development and organisation of the area. The HFSF defines for each municipal unit the following categories of areas: A) Housing Areas, (b) Areas of productive and business activities, (c) Protection Areas, (d) Land Use Control Areas. The preparation of the HFSF shall aim at: 1. Achieve sustainable economic growth by creating a strong productive base and emphasis on innovation and employment growth. 2. Territorial and social cohesion, the equitable allocation of resources and the removal of exclusions. 3. Protect the natural and cultural environment, biodiversity, landscape and sustainable use of resources. The HFSF will contribute substantially to the utilisation and promotion of the Municipality’s potential, taking into account the specific characteristics of the area and its comparative advantages, and will be the main tool for development planning of the Municipality of Prosotsani for the coming years.
