The action ECONOMIC II & I Saving Autonomously (Circle C), which will be implemented under the Act utilising energy saving systems in the housing sector, aims to improve the energy efficiency of the country’s homes by contributing to the savings of primary energy, in order to achieve the relevant national target, in accordance with the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan. Furthermore, the planning of the Action ensures its social character by setting specific criteria concerning, inter alia, the income situation of the owners.
