The National Monitoring Network designated according to the Joint Ministerial Decree number. 140384/19-8-2011 (Government Gazette 2017/B/9-9-2011) aims to monitor and record the quantitative and qualitative status of surface and groundwater in the 14 water compartments of the country. The monitoring and recording of the state of the country’s water is specifically aimed at improving the quality and adequacy of water resources.From the above it is understood the feasibility of this project to safeguard the protection of the environment and promote resource efficiency.The Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Corporation of Larissa (DEYAL) is one of the operators of the National Monitoring Network and its role is to carry out the sampling of the surface waters of Hydrisa. This project provides for the acquisition of the necessary equipment needed by DEAL for taking the samples, storing and preserving them and sending them to the General Chemistry of the State which is the competent body for carrying out the relevant analyses.
