NETWORK OF STRUCTURES AND SERVICES TO DEAL WITH DEPENDENCIES

The project consists of 3 Hyperprojects: 1: Establishment and operation of a Multipurpose Centre: It aims to provide primary support and short-term intervention services to all individual groups of addicts according to their needs (drug-dependent, occasional users, alcohol users, etc.) and to refer to more specialised structures (replacement programs, therapeutic communities, mental health units, etc.), if necessary. 2: Mobile Unit: It will be complementary to the UC and will aim at intervention in non-urban areas. It will be addressed to the population of people using addictive substances or experiencing other type of addictive behaviour, in order to facilitate access to primary addiction services and referral to more specialised services. 3: Prevention Services Program: It concerns a coordinated effort focusing on timely implementation of meaningful and targeted measures for vulnerable groups of our fellow human beings, on providing accessible and scientifically documented interventions and on promoting healthy forms of entertainment. Throughout the duration of the project, the Publicity and Communication Plan will be implemented in accordance with the specifications set out for the co-financed projects and includes, indicatively, the following actions: Information measures: Design, publication and distribution of newsletters – magazines, organisation and support for the operation of information desk, designing production of electronic material distribution, designing, publishing and distributing publications of information and information material, educational programmes, mobile information units, etc. Publicity and advertising activities in the media (type, radio, television). Promotion measures: Workshops, conferences, seminars, workshops, lectures, participation in exhibitions, exploitation of customs and cultural events, exploitation of parallel events, special communication activities etc. Transnational study visits and meetings with stakeholders for the transfer of know-how and good practices. Press and public relations operations: Press conferences, press releases, press releases, address training and the development of periodic and mass mailings, approach and collaboration with information providers in order to obtain multiplier results, etc.
