The health crisis that our country experienced during the SARS COVID 19 pandemic led to a series of emergency measures, including immediate quarantine, which significantly helped to minimise the number of infections and deaths. The problems identified as the effects of the pandemic in the fields of education, work, social welfare, infrastructure, digital transformation and the complex issue of migration, have been managed effectively by the relevant Ministries, so that today we can talk about the next day.The strengthening of existing primary care services in the areas where there is a high concentration of migrants and refugees for protection by COVID-19, and the provision of the first services in a sanitary case, allow the existence of an adequate sanitarity, as well as to ensure that, in the areas where there is a high concentration of migrants and refugees, it is necessary to ensure that, in the case of the competent authorities, the provision of the first-day services is not within the scope, and that there is a sufficient degree of support, in the areas where there is a high concentration of migrants and refugees for protection from COVID-19, and the provision of the first services in the sanitary case. Medical check-up (clinical and laboratory) entry screening, screening of suspected cases of communicable infectious diseases that may have serious public health consequences (COVID-19, malaria, measles, etc.) and appropriate measures for isolation and medical management to residents in these accommodation areas will be carried out by the project health professional groups, within the accommodation structures or in a possible isolation site. More specifically, it is envisaged to create areas of isolation of the population in all structures, showing symptoms or suspected symptoms of infectious disease. The designated occupational health group will provide the health services of individuals in quarantine in special areas within the structure.
