The act is part of the National Plan of the Ministry of Health to deal with the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak following the two NIS of 11-03-2020 (Government Gazette 55/Α/11-03-2020) and 14-3-2020 (Government Gazette 64/Α/14-3-2020) ratified by Law 4682/2020 (Government Gazette 46/Α/3-4-2020). The physical object of the operation is the recruitment of additional ancillary personnel, medical, nursing, other, auxiliary and all kinds of personnel for the strengthening and strengthening of the 3rd Ministry of the Environment of Macedonia, Hospitals and PFI Units in the area of responsibility of the 3rd Ministry of Environment and EKAB, EOPYY in the Region of Western Macedonia, in order to respond to the effective management of cases of COVID-19 disease, in coming for another disease, in case of other disease disease, and to offer any preconscious services in case of non-symptotic and non-conventional services. The principal of the act is the Ministry of Health. The beneficiary of the operation is the HSPA Executive Structure of the Ministry of Health. Co-benefits of the operation are the 3rd Health Region of Macedonia and the Hospitals in its area of responsibility, the EKAB.
