The ECON II project, which will be implemented under the Act utilising energy saving systems in the housing sector, aims to improve the energy efficiency of the country’s homes by contributing to primary energy savings, in order to achieve the relevant national target, according to the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan. Furthermore, the design of the project ensures its social character by setting specific criteria concerning, inter alia, the income situation of the owners.
