The general objective of this project is to increase the energy performance in residential buildings in Sector 6 and to improve the living conditions of its inhabitants by capitalising on indoor comfort conditions, reducing energy consumption and reducing polluting emissions. Increasing the energy performance of the buildings in Sector 6 will be ensured by performing intervention works that will reduce the energy consumption for heating the apartments, in the conditions of ensuring and maintaining the indoor thermal climate, by limiting heat losses to the outdoor environment, as well as improving the urban aspect of the locality. The general objective of the project will be achieved in the context of achieving the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, namely to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of managing resources efficiently, exploiting their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.
