The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of the area of Baraolt and the communes Băţani, Micfalău, Malnaş (Covasna County), Augustin, Ormeniș, Apața, Măieruș (Brasov County), which are close to the TEN-T route (DN13 – E60), thus contributing to increasing the completeness of this area. At the same time, connectivity to the TEN-T rail network is ensured through the Sighisoara-Brasov line. This project addresses the route from Covasna County and the one from Brasov County is the subject of the project drawn up by the county of Brasov in accordance with the provisions of the cooperation agreement signed by the two counties on 7 February 2017.
