The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of a strategic development model based on the concern for the efficient use of energy resources and raw materials, the sustainable development of products and the promotion of the inclusion of innovation in the production processes and flow within the enterprise. The aim of the project is to optimise and improve the existing technological flow taking into account the following aspects: maintaining an optimal level of energy consumption; this will provide for the modernisation of lighting in administrative and production areas as well as the purchase of equipment with a high level of energy efficiency. — obtaining optimal execution times for the technological processes by integrating equipment with a high level of automation and digitalisation; the introduction of significantly improved products; the development of a technological flow and the introduction of new technological steps with a direct impact on the company’s ability to manufacture new products; The achievement of the general objective of the project will give the company the increase of the level of competitiveness on the profile market with a direct impact on the growth of turnover, the increase in the number of customers and the visibility on the market, the substantial improvement of the manufactured products, and last but not least with an impact on the stability of human resources and their quantitative and qualitative development.
