Increasing the energy performance of the Emergency County Clinical Hospital Oradea

The general objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency, intelligent energy management and renewable energy use in public health infrastructures in Oradea – Emergency County Clinical Hospital in order to reduce high energy consumption. This objective directly leads to the achievement of Priority Axis 3 of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Investment Priority 3.1Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and renewable energy use in public infrastructure, including public buildings, and housing sector, Operation B Public Buildings. At the same time, the buildings that will be subject to energy efficiency investments at Oradea County Emergency Clinical Hospital will contribute to the achievement of national targets and compliance with the provisions of Directive 91/2002/EC on the energy performance of buildings, as well as with the provisions of the Energy Strategy of Romania for the period 2007-2020, updated. In order to achieve this general objective, it is necessary to identify and establish specific objectives that are clear, realistic, quantifiable and achievable during the project implementation period, in accordance with the specific objectives below:
