The general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 is to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring and sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. General objective of the proposed investment: The proposed investment falls within the thematic objective pursued under the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 Priority Axis 3, namely the transition to a low-carbon economy. The actions to be taken closely pursue the specific objective of the investment priority 3.1. B, i.e. supporting energy efficiency and energy agency and renewable energy use in public buildings. The aim of this project is to increase energy efficiency through thermal insulation of the school building of Jiblea Veche Secondary School – Calimanesti. The general objective of the project is to reduce the costs related to the maintenance of the building in terms of energy efficiency as well as to provide optimal hydrothermal comfort for the activity related to the destination of the building.
